What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing address, email, and phone number, plus the recipient’s name, address, and phone number so the local florist can complete delivery. Your card number is sent directly to our payment processor (Authorize.net) and never touches our servers.
How It Is Used
Order details are shared with our fulfillment partner and the local florist completing your delivery, and with the payment processor to charge your card. If you join our reminder service, we store the dates and names you give us solely to send you the reminders you asked for.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing you did not sign up for. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as keeping your order in progress. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
