Orders and Fulfillment
Run Florist arranges delivery of fresh flowers through a nationwide network of local florists. Each order is hand-arranged and hand-delivered by a local florist in the recipient’s area. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Same-Day delivery is available on orders placed by 1:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone, subject to availability in that area, with earlier cutoffs around major flower holidays.
Substitutions
In some areas certain flowers may be unavailable on the day of delivery. If a substitution is needed, we will seek your approval before changing flower types. The size, shape, and value of your arrangement are never reduced.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers. Charges on your statement are processed by our fulfillment partner.
Changes, Cancellations, and Guarantee
Orders can be changed or canceled any time before the local florist begins preparing your arrangement, with a full refund on cancellation. If you are not satisfied with your delivery, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a replacement, a refund, or a partial credit.
